This is a summer fav in our family... Freshed picked garden tomatoes and cilantro

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs cilantro fresh
  • 5 medium roma tomatoes diced and minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon season salt (jane's krazy salt)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce (organic preferred)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • Step 1
    Place 3 Roma tomatoes in a chopper and pulse small and cut up, hand dice the other 2 tomatoes in chunks; place in glass bowl that has a cover...
  • Step 2
    Mince Garlic add to bowl; chop cilantro sprigs and add to recipe... add the remainder of the seasons, blend well-- allow to chill for 2-3 hours or overnight...
  • Step 3
    Serve on toast or tortilla chips with cheese sliced...
  • Step 4
    Tip: This is a great recipe to make and add to an omelet the next morning; it will keep up to a week in the fridge... a wonderful summer treat
