- 5 medium roma tomatoes diced and minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon season salt (jane's krazy salt)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce (organic preferred)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
