Just made it up tonight! Going to a potluck tomorrow, and I hate all the same beans and potato salad. Pretty good .....I like it. Might even be good as a sauce for chicken or fish

Ingredients

1 jar(s)
mild or medium salsa 16 oz.
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple 20 oz. drained..save juice
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp
honey

Step-By-Step

1mix salsa and pineapple together in medium size bowl. sprinkle cilantro on top just before serving.
2NOTE: Pineapple juice can be added back if too thick. One teaspoon honey can be added for a sweeter taste
3Serve with nacho chips or crisp crackers.
