You'll never want bottled salsa again after trying this yummy recipe. Add or subtract the amount of jalapenos depending on your degree of spice tolerance. I typically add a bit more than is called for in the recipe. Enjoy!
1Seed and chop tomatoes, put in a non-reactive bowl (glass) combine thinly sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, finely chopped jalapeno (remove the membrane from the jalapeno along with all the seeds if you don't like it to hot),crushed garlic, juice of one lime, chopped tomatillos, salt and pepper. Mix everything together, cover and reserve until ready to use.
