1/2 c
diced white or yellow onion
1/2 c
diced green bell pepper
1/2 c
diced yellow bell pepper
medium jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and minced
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh cilantro
2-3 Tbsp
freshly squeezed lime juice
2 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp
freshly ground black pepper to taste
tortilla chips, as an accompaniment

How to Make Fresh Salsa


  • 1Combine the tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice and olive oil; stir to mix thoroughly.
  • 2Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3Serve with tortilla chips.
