Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers, drained
- 15 ounces artichoke hearts, drained & rinsed
- 2 1/4 ounces black olives, drained & chopped
- 2 pounds tomatoes, chopped
- 4 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
How To Make fresh salsa

Step 1Finely chop peppers & artichoke hearts. Mix with other ingredients except salt. Taste; only add salt if needed. Chill before serving. Serve with oven baked tortilla chips or serve as a side dish.

Step 2This is SPICY....you may want to use less jalapeno.
