sliced jalapeno peppers, drained
15 oz
artichoke hearts, drained & rinsed
2 1/4 oz
black olives, drained & chopped
2 lb
tomatoes, chopped
4 Tbsp
green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 tsp
2 Tbsp
1/4 tsp
salt (optional)

How to Make Fresh Salsa


  • 1Finely chop peppers & artichoke hearts. Mix with other ingredients except salt. Taste; only add salt if needed. Chill before serving. Serve with oven baked tortilla chips or serve as a side dish.
  • 2This is may want to use less jalapeno.
