Ingredients

  • 1 cup jicama, peeled and diced
  • 1 - navel orange, peeled, sectioned and coursely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 - green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime peel, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

How To Make fresh jicama-lime salsa

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to mix. Cover and chill 1 hour. Stir before serving.
  • Step 2
    You can serve this with grilled chicken, pork or fish.
