Ingredients
- 1 cup jicama, peeled and diced
- 1 - navel orange, peeled, sectioned and coursely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 - green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons lime peel, grated
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How To Make fresh jicama-lime salsa

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to mix. Cover and chill 1 hour. Stir before serving.
