Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels, cooked
- 1 - ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4" pieces
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 - ripe plum tomatoes, seeded, finely diced
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cilantro.

Step 3Refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 hours.
