- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium cucumbers, pared,seeded and shredded coarsely
