Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium cucumbers, pared,seeded and shredded coarsely

How To Make cucumber salsa

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
