Ingredients
- 2 quarts tomatoes -- chopped
- 1 medium green pepper -- chopped
- 1 large red onion -- chopped
- 2 cloves garlic -- diced
- 1/3 cup cilantro -- chopped
- 2 large jalapenos -- diced
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons pickling salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
How To Make canned salsa

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in heavy pot and simmer until thick, stirring frequently.

Step 2May need to add Tomato Paste for thickness.

Step 3Process in pint jars in steam or hot water bath canner for 10 minutes.

Step 4One batch makes about 3 Pints.

Step 5I would suggest making 6 to 10 batches in one pot for canning.
