One thing I did learn from my grandma was canning. I cherished every moment canning those fresh veggies out of the garden.

2 qttomatoes -- chopped

1 mediumgreen pepper -- chopped

1 largered onion -- chopped

2 clovegarlic -- diced

1/3 ccilantro -- chopped

2 largejalapenos -- diced

1/2 capple cider vinegar

2 tsppickling salt

1 tspcumin powder
How to Make Canned Salsa
- Mix all ingredients together in heavy pot and simmer until thick, stirring frequently.
- May need to add Tomato Paste for thickness.
- Process in pint jars in steam or hot water bath canner for 10 minutes.
- One batch makes about 3 Pints.
- I would suggest making 6 to 10 batches in one pot for canning.
