This is an easy and delicious avocado salsa that is sure to please a crowd! You can increase the heat by adding more chilies or changing the type of chilies used. Anaheim chilies are mild and jalapeños have more heat. Beware, this salsa is very addicting!

- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1 medium anaheim chili or jalapeño chili
- 2 large avocados
- 1/2 large lemon juice, fresh
- 2 cans herdez salsa verde (7 oz)
- 1/2 can hatch green chile enchilada sauce (15 oz)
- 1 pinch salt
