How to Make AVOCADA-CORN SALSA
- Cook corn until tender, drain and cool. Transfer to medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except avocado and toss gently. Mix diced avocado into salsa. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 2 1/3 cups.
