    1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ·
    1⁄2 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • ·
    2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • ·
    1 tablespoon lemon zest

How to Make Greek Rub


  1. Pound all the ingredients in your mortar with your pestle, until fine and well combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container in fridge for 1 month.
