  • - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • - 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • - 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • - 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • - 1⁄2 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • - 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • - 1 tablespoon lemon zest

How To Make greek rub

  • Step 1
    Pound all the ingredients in your mortar with your pestle, until fine and well combined.
  • Step 2
    Store in an airtight container in fridge for 1 month.
