Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons rice wine (or dry sherry)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (ground)
- 2 teaspoons green onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon black bean paste
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (hot, i.e. red rooster)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt, to taste
How To Make yangnyum kanjang (bulgogi dipping sauce)

Step 1Whisk first 8 ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 2In another bowl, or mortar and pestle, crush garlic, sugar and salt to a paste. Stir into bowl and mix well.

Step 3Serve in small individual sauce dishes.
