This recipe was given to me by a friend in New Mexico. It is really good on warm bread pudding.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup whiskey

How To Make whiskey sauce

Step 1

Mix sugar, butter and light corn syrup in pan over low heat.

Step 2

Remove from heat when sugar has melted and all is blended and stir in whiskey. Serve warm.
