Frosting on cakes

  • 8 oz
    1 cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy cream or sugar-free cool whip

How to Make Whipped Cream Frosting


  1. One in a large bowl,beat cream cheese,sugaror Splenda sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl,whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Or use Cool whip use one cup and half in the small.
  3. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
    Make 1 frosting for a 2 layer cake
