Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    blanched almonds
  • 1/4 c
    sesame seeds
  • 1/3 c
    nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Vegan “Parmesan” Cheese Substitute

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until there are no more noticeable nut pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Recycling a used Parmesan cheese container works great. May adjust nuts and yeast according to taste.
