Vegan “Parmesan” Cheese Substitute

this is good sprinkled on pasta and used in dishes as a substitute for Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

3/4 cblanched almonds

1/4 csesame seeds

1/3 cnutritional yeast
-
3/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
How to Make Vegan “Parmesan” Cheese Substitute
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until there are no more noticeable nut pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Recycling a used Parmesan cheese container works great. May adjust nuts and yeast according to taste.
