- 1/2 - cucumber, shredded and drained
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 - lemon, squeezed

Step 1Start by shredding the cucumber and drain in a strainer.

Step 2In a bowl add the yogurt ( full fat) and mix in crushed garlic, dill, salt, pepper, drained cucumber and lemon juice
