- 5 ounces silken tofu, drained
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla soy milk
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make tofu "whipped" topping

Step 1Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until well chilled.
