Use this vegan topping for desserts, or over a bowl of fresh mixed berries. Variation: Sub pure maple syrup for the agave. Cook time is refrigeration time.

    silken tofu, drained
  • 1/4 c
    plain or vanilla soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    agave nectar
  • 1/8 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Tofu "Whipped" Topping


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until well chilled.
  2. Serve cold.
