Use this vegan topping for desserts, or over a bowl of fresh mixed berries. Variation: Sub pure maple syrup for the agave. Cook time is refrigeration time.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces silken tofu, drained
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make tofu "whipped" topping

  • Step 1
    Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until well chilled.
  • Step 2
    Serve cold.
