  • 2 cups butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 5 ounces bottle worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup garlic flavored wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
  • - salt to taste
  • - cayenne pepper to taste

How To Make texas barbecue sauce

  • Step 1
    Combine butter and mustard in a medium bowl, stirring until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Heat thoroughly, and use to baste beef, pork or chicken when grilling. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
