My friend Mary used to use this to glaze her cinnamon rolls, but it is able to glaze just about anything!

Step 1

Sift sugar into bowl. Stir in vanilla and enough half and half to make a medium thick glaze.

Step 2

Cover cinnamon rolls thickly with glaze and top with unsalted peanuts, raisins, walnuts or pecans if desired.
Step 3

Can use this glaze for any purpose you wish.
