This is a cold/warm peanut sauce for noodle salads, or to use as a dipping sauce. For added texture, use crunchy peanut butter.

    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1 tsp
    hot chile oil
  • 1/4 c
    boiling water
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot curry powder

How to Make Spicy Peanut Sauce (Cold)


  1. Stir together all ingredients except water until well mixed. Slowly stir in water.
  2. Serve immediately.
