Ingredients
- 2 cans whole tomatoes
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 - large yellow onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons basil, dried
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oregano, dried
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make speghetti sauce

Step 1Saute chopped onions (olive oil) in a large pot on med low heat untill soft and translucent add garlic and saute for about 3 min untill soft.

Step 2add tomatoes add basil and oragano add salt add sugar. cook on med high unitll it comes to a boil then turn down to simmer.

Step 3smash tomoatoes as you are stirring with the spoon or u can use a potaote smasher, let simmer for 2 hours stir occasionaly. store in fridge in jars for up to five days (or freeze in bags if you like) walla sauce! enjoy!
