- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 - chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Step 1Combine vinegar, garlic, chiles, honey, salt and pepper in food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2While the motor is running, slowly drizzle in the oil until emulsified.
