Apparently this is Oprah's fav....found it on one of my news letters....have yet to try it but I figured its got to good.I just had to share!!I am making this next week and will do a follow up!! *This photo came with the recipe.

Ingredients For smarter peanut butter

1 lgcarrot, peeled and thinly sliced

1/3 cnatural peanut butter
How To Make smarter peanut butter

1Boil carrots in a small saucepan of water until soft, about 20 min. Drain and transfer to a food processor or blender. Add peanut butter. Purée until smooth.
