How To Make simple syrup

Step 1Combine the sugar ans water in a med saucepan over med-high heat and cook, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2Bring the mixture to a just boil, then remove from heat.

Step 3Let mixture come to room temperature. You can be made up to two month in advance..Just keep in a airtight container until ready to use.
