How to Make School Cafeteria Cheese Sauce
1Heat milk over medium heat until just hot.
2In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
3Add hot milk, stirring constantly.
4Add shredded cheese. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until smooth and thick.
