If you can't find commercially made rose water for your recipes... this one will work just fine! If storing in refrigerator, the shelf life is about a week. But you can freeze this too. Many Greek and Mediterranean recipes use Rose Water for flavoring. The darker the color of your roses the darker your Rose Water will be. Do not use any other water other than a distilled water.
