Rose Water (home made)
If storing in refrigerator, the shelf life is about a week. But you can freeze this too.
Many Greek and Mediterranean recipes use Rose Water for flavoring.
The darker the color of your roses the darker your Rose Water will be.
Do not use any other water other than a distilled water.

1 1/2 qtdistilled water
1stainless steel sauce pan
1stainless steel spoon
1 qtsterilzed canning jar
