  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    gluten free flour
  • 2-4 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 cups
    chicken broth

How To Make red enchilada sauce

    Heat oil; add flour and stir together 1 minute. Stir in remaining seasonings.

    Gradually add broth. Whisk to remote lumps.
