4 tablespoons of chili powder made it too hot for the kiddos.So, the next time I reduced it to 2 tablespoons. The kiddos really enjoyed it then, they informed me that I could make it more often.

  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    gluten free flour
  • 2-4 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 cups
    chicken broth

How To Make red enchilada sauce

    Heat oil; add flour and stir together 1 minute. Stir in remaining seasonings.
