How to Make Red Enchilada Sauce
- Heat oil; add flour and stir together 1 minute. Stir in remaining seasonings.
- Gradually add broth. Whisk to remote lumps.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until thick. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
