- 6 tablespoons milk or low-fat milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, splenda brown sugar
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts ,cocoanut or both

Step 1Mix brown sugar and butter and blend. Add the milk and just bring to boiling point.

Step 2Remove from heat and gradually add powder sugar. Spread on cakes or cookie or brownies.

Step 3Splenda sugar (powder sugar) 2 cups Splenda sugar 2 teaspoon cornstarch
