  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, light margarine
  • 6 Tbsp
    milk or low-fat milk
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, splenda brown sugar
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped nuts ,cocoanut or both

How to Make Quick Caramel Icing


  1. Mix brown sugar and butter and blend. Add the milk and just bring to boiling point.
  2. Remove from heat and gradually add powder sugar.
    Spread on cakes or cookie or brownies.
  3. Splenda sugar (powder sugar)
    2 cups Splenda sugar
    2 teaspoon cornstarch
