butter, light margarine
6 Tbsp
milk or low-fat milk
3/4 c
brown sugar, splenda brown sugar
2 c
powdered sugar
1/4 c
chopped nuts ,cocoanut or both

How to Make Quick Caramel Icing


  • 1Mix brown sugar and butter and blend. Add the milk and just bring to boiling point.
  • 2Remove from heat and gradually add powder sugar.
    Spread on cakes or cookie or brownies.
  • 3Splenda sugar (powder sugar)
    2 cups Splenda sugar
    2 teaspoon cornstarch
