Good for all the excess basil and parsley you have grown.Great tossed with some cooked pasta!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
  • 2 - cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make pesto sauce

  • Step 1
    In food processor add all ingredients and process coarsely.
