This sauce is so easy to make. You can serve it with coconut chicken, peanut butter pork, or use some in stir fry veggies for a thai flavor. You can even dip celery in it for a snack. As peanut sauces go it is the best I have tried. This is from the Atkins diet plan Total carbs per recipe is 13 grams.

- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- - juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
