How To Make peanut butter cream frosting

  • Step 1
    In top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water, combine 2 c (12 oz pkg) peanut butter chips (I prefer reese brand), 2/3 c milk, and 3 c mini marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows and chips are melted and smooth. cool to lukewarm. In large mixer bowl, beat 2 c chilled whipping cream and 1/2 tsp vanilla until stiff. Fold in cooled peanut butter.
