Ingredients For peanut butter barbacue sauce

  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    celery salt

How To Make peanut butter barbacue sauce

  • 1
    Melt butter in a saucepan, over low heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce hear and simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use sauce for basting or serve with chicken. Makes 1/2 cup.
