Ingredients
- 4 ounces prosciutto, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup pasta-cooking water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound ravioli
- 1 cup frozen peas, blanched
- - parsley, chopped
- - parmesan cheese, grated, for topping
How To Make pea-prosciutto sauce

Step 1Cook the proscuitto in a skillet with the olive oil over medium heat until crisp, 4 minutes. Stir in 3 slices of garlic and tomato paste; cook 1 minute.

Step 2Ladle in the pasta-cooking water and simmer until reduced to half, 4 minutes. Add the heavy cream and simmer until thickened, 3 minutes.

Step 3Toss with the cooked ravioli, blanched peas, and some chopped parsley. Top with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
