4 ozprosciutto, chopped

1/4 cheavy cream
1 cfrozen peas, blanched

How to Make Pea-Prosciutto Sauce
- Cook the proscuitto in a skillet with the olive oil over medium heat until crisp, 4 minutes. Stir in 3 slices of garlic and tomato paste; cook 1 minute.
- Ladle in the pasta-cooking water and simmer until reduced to half, 4 minutes. Add the heavy cream and simmer until thickened, 3 minutes.
- Toss with the cooked ravioli, blanched peas, and some chopped parsley. Top with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
