- 1 cup strong black coffee
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup hot chili peppers, minced*
- 3 tablespoons chili powder (adds flavor without heat)
- 6 cloves cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt

Step 1Simmer about 25-30 minutes, then puree in blender to help bring out all of the flavors.
