Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 16 ounces mushrooms (washed/cut in half)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3-4 tablespoons butter
- 2-4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 package goya chicken bullion (or 1 cup chicken broth)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make mushroom sauce (low carb)

Step 1Large Sauté Pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and Pepper. Toss to Coat Mushrooms.

Step 2Cook for 4 minutes without stirring. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 3Add Butter, lemon juice, Chicken Broth & Garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Stirring frequently, until Mushrooms are fully cooked and Butter is melted.
