- 4 tablespoons instant coffee powder or decaffinated
- 2 cups powdered sugar or splenda sugar

Step 1Splenda Sugar (powder sugar) 2 cups of Splenda sugar 2 teaspoon of cornstarch Put in blender on high for 5 minutes so mix in.
