  • 1 1/2 cups butter or light margarine
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee powder or decaffinated
  • 2 cups powdered sugar or splenda sugar

How To Make mocha butter cream frosting

  • Step 1
    Splenda Sugar (powder sugar) 2 cups of Splenda sugar 2 teaspoon of cornstarch Put in blender on high for 5 minutes so mix in.
  • Step 2
    Mix together and spread over cake or cookies.
