Frosting on cakes or cookies

  • 1 1/2 c
    butter or light margarine
  • 2 tsp
    cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    instant coffee powder or decaffinated
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar or splenda sugar

How to Make Mocha Butter Cream Frosting


  1. Splenda Sugar (powder sugar)
    2 cups of Splenda sugar
    2 teaspoon of cornstarch
    Put in blender on high for 5 minutes so mix in.
  2. Mix together and spread over cake or cookies.
