Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar (75g)
- 1/2 cup water (125ml)
- 1 cup cider vinegar (250ml)
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh mint
How To Make mint sauce

Step 1Combine sugar and water in small pan. Stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Boil, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Step 2Boil, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Step 3Remove pan from heat, stir in vinegar and mint; stand 15 minutes. Stir well before serving.

Step 4Recipe can be made a week ahead. Storage: Covered, in refrigerator. Not suitable for freezing. Not suitable for microwave.
