Ingredients For mint sauce

1/3 csugar (75g)

1/2 cwater (125ml)

1 ccider vinegar (250ml)

3/4 cchopped fresh mint
How To Make mint sauce

1Combine sugar and water in small pan. Stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Boil, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.

2Boil, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.

3Remove pan from heat, stir in vinegar and mint; stand 15 minutes. Stir well before serving.

4Recipe can be made a week ahead. Storage: Covered, in refrigerator. Not suitable for freezing. Not suitable for microwave.
