How to Make Mint Sauce
- Combine sugar and water in small pan. Stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Boil, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Boil, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Remove pan from heat, stir in vinegar and mint; stand 15 minutes. Stir well before serving.
- Recipe can be made a week ahead.
Storage: Covered, in refrigerator.
Not suitable for freezing. Not suitable for microwave.
