mel's cajun spice
I've created the prefect go to spice for any Cajun foods. Sprinkle on top of meats, blend into sauce, cook with veggies. Any way you use it - it's great!

- 1 1/2 tablespoons california chili powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ganulated onion
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons ground thyme
