  Just use equal amounts of the vinegar, sugar and Banana Ketchup. Banana Ketchup can be found at most Oriental Markets. I just stir the vinegar and sugar together to dissolve the sugar, then add the banana ketchup. No cooking involved. I just love to dip my lumpia in this sauce!!!! You can change the amounts, just use equal amounts.
