Ingredients
- 16 ounces lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (use fresh)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
How To Make light alfredo sauce

Step 1Puree the cottage cheese in a food processor. Add in cheese and other ingredients. Blend well. Heat no higher than low to medium heat (watch closely) or it will separate. Best served fresh. Pour over hot pasta, which will warm it as well.
