- 2 cups plain yogurt, whole/2%
- 1 - lemon, juice of
- 2 teaspoons dried mint, crumbled or 2 tablespoons fresh mint minced fine
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
- 1 - 2 cups cucumber, chopped fine (optional)
