Ingredients
- 2 quarts peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dries oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pickling spice
- 3/4 cup vinegar

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 1 hour. Cool and store in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 pints.
