- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- salt/pepper
- 1 can small tomato paste
- 4 cups stock, chicken or vegetable
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
How To Make homemade red enchilada sauce

Step 1In a sauce pan, heat the vegetable oil to medium.

Step 2add in all the dry spices, stir well.

Step 3whisk in the tomato paste,continue until all is well combined, add in the stock and continue whisking, it will thicken up to a thin, but rich consistency..lower the heat and simmer about 15 mins.
