You mix them together and 5-minutes later, BANG, buttermilk. In this recipe, you add the ingredients and not 5-minutes, but two long days later you have sour cream… really, really, good sour cream. You make this recipe because you plan ahead. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

- 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice, or white vinegar
- 1/4 cup organic whole milk

Step 3How to store it? Place covered in the fridge; it will last about a week. Because of all the dairy, this recipe cannot be frozen.

Step 5Add the cream and lemon juice to a bowl, whisk to combine, then wait 10 minutes and add the milk.

Step 6Cover with a cloth and let sit in a corner of your kitchen for from 24 – 48 hours.
