    dark dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 6 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh dill, finely chopped

How to Make GORCHICHNO-UKROPNIY SOUS

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar to a paste.
  2. With a whisk slowly beat in the oil until it forms a thick mayonnaise-like emulsion.
  3. Stir in the chopped dill.
  4. NOTE: This sauce may be kept refrigerated in a tightly covered jar for several days, but needs to be shaken or beaten with a whisk to remix the ingredients before serving.
