frisch's tartar sauce copycat recipe
Growing up in southwest Ohio, Frisch's Big Boy Hamburgers were a favorite. After moving away, I tried tartar sauce from numerous restaurants in hopes of finding one that tasted similar to Frisch's, but nothing came close. I decided to try making it myself and looked online for clues. The recipes I found had a good base to start from but none were quite what I remembered. I decided to play around with ingredients and made my own version. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
