I grow alot of basil in my garden and I had too much, so I decided to make some pesto. I didn't want it to go to waste! I like to put it over Angel Hair pasta because it is a nice, light sauce.I always thought you should never put a heavy sauce over small pasta. My family loves it!

2 ctightly packed basil

1/2 colive oil, extra virgin

3 Tbsppinenuts

2garlic cloves

1 pinchsalt

1/3 cparmesan reggiano cheese- grated

1/3 cpecorino cheese - grated

3 Tbspbutter at room temperature
How to Make Fresh Basil Pesto
- Just mix it all together in a blender or food processor and Viola! You have the best tasting Pesto sauce for your Pasta!
