If you've ever had rabbit with mustard cream at a French restaurant, you've got fond memories of the experience. It turns out the mustard cream sauce is just three ingredients: sour cream, heavy cream and mustard. A 2:2:1 ratio of the ingredients fit the bill for us but you may wish to vary to your taste.
