2 Tbsppowdered sugar or splenda powdered sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspunflavored gelatin

How to Make Fat Free Low Carb Whipped Cream
- Chill a small mixing bowl and electric mixer beaters in the refrigerator.
Soften the gelatin in 1 tablespoon cold water in a glass measuring cup.
- Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds in HIGH speed and stir to dissolve completely. Mix together the powder milk,ice cold water and powdered sugar in the chelled mixing bowl.Beat the mixture with the chilled beter on MEDIUM speed until foamy.With motor running add the gelatin in a thin stream. beat for 10 minutes and then beat in the vanilla.
- Use immediately or freeze. If frozen thaw for 15 minutes before serving. This whipped cream delates if left standing, but you can rewhip it with cold beaters.
